Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Elite Transport as soon as possible. The reservation confirmation will be sent by email and will be considered accepted once the customer has received said confirmation.

  3. Rates and payment
    The rates for private transportation services are listed on our website and may vary depending on the distance, duration of the trip, and any additional services requested. Rates are in euros (€) and include all taxes, unless otherwise specified.
    Payment can be made online at the time of booking, by credit card or via a secure PayPal payment service. Payment details are treated confidentially and securely.

  4. Modifications and cancellations
    Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be communicated to Elite Transport in writing (e-mail, contact form, etc.). Cancellation fees may apply depending on the cancellation period in relation to the scheduled date of service. Details regarding cancellation fees are available on our website or can be requested from our customer service department.
    Elite Transport reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation in the event of force majeure, vehicle unavailability, or for safety reasons. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and alternative solutions will be offered if possible.

  5. Responsibilities and limitations
    Elite Transport will make every effort to provide a high-quality private transportation service. However, we accept no responsibility for delays, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including dates, times, and pick-up and drop-off locations. Failure to provide accurate information may result in service issues or additional charges.

  6. Intellectual property
    All intellectual property rights related to our website, including content, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Elite Transport. Any unauthorized use of these elements is strictly prohibited.
